Accomplices: Statues, Maquettes, and Models

Sometimes mere two-dimensional art is not enough. Sometimes the artist wants more freedom to express his interpretation of the Strider universe.

On those occasions, he may choose to add a dimension and do a three-dimensional sculpture, rather than a drawing. These artists' results are featured below. Enjoy.

These two pieces are custom-made gamepieces for the tabletop RPG Warhammer 40,000. Color me impressed. They are both very, very small, as you can tell by the quarter off to the right.

The sculptor of this one thinks his work is done in a "slightly deformed" style. I don't necessarily agree. What do you think?
