Wow. I really shouldn't even be making this update, since I currently have more pressing demands on my time, but hey. A promise is a promise.

So, without further ado, I give you the entries in the LSCM Sprite Edit Contest!

Our first contestant, Ryota, submitted three sprites. In order of appearance, they are "NES Hiryu" (edited from MvsC Hiryu), "NES Ryuzaki" (edited from Ginzu, Captain Commando's helper), and "Symphony Of The Night Hiryu" (edited from...well, from Fake Grant, most likely). And here they are!

That pink glow around Hiryu's scarf is my fault, a side effect from doing a quick-and-dirty conversion from BMP to transparent GIF while being very hurried. Sorry, Ryota.

At any rate, our next contestant, the well-known Suzaku, also submitted three sprites. In order of appearance, they are "Arcade Hiryu", "NES Hiryu", and "Matic"...all edited from MvsC Hiryu sprites, I believe. Here they are!

...and that's it. I didn't receive any entries via email.

Alright, now for phase two of the contest: voting. I need you guys to go to the Nexus and vote for whichever sprite you think is the best effort. The winner, as you know, gets first access to the manga scans, which I've already uploaded.
