How do you guys like the site's new look? I overhauled this sucker late, LATE last night. By the time I was finished, I was more than ready to hit the sack. I came home from work and went directly to my computer. "Why?" you may ask. "Why did you completely re-design your site when the old one was working just fine?" I did it for two reasons, the first being that I got tired of having to wade through nested link after nested link just to see if the new page worked. I liked Chris Psaros' design, and it was great for a beginner page, but I felt like I needed to change the whole look of the place. That meant a whole hell of a lot of work. The second reason was that, well, I've gotta keep up with the competition. Bueno's re-designing his site, and since I've more or less been shoved into being his only competitor, that meant I had to upgrade. Might as well get the drop on him while I can, because I'm sure that his new design will kick all kinds of ass, including this brand-spanking-new format of mine. Believe it or not, I got the idea for this new layout while I was perusing through my ex-girlfriend's wedding site. She designs webpages for a living (or at least, she will be), and she gave me the go-ahead with modifying her code. She even taught me how to do a nifty pop-up trick that I plan to use on my fanfiction page. Each fanfiction pops up in a new window, like a little document screen. I thought it would add something to the whole "illegal computer access" theme of the site. It would, too, if I could get the damn JavaScript to work right. *sigh* Is there anyone out there who understands JavaScript? If there is, take a look at my script on the Fanfiction page and tell me why it only works for one link? It'll work for any one link, but if I try to run it on any other links, it spazzes out. Anyway...thanks for the code and the tip, Oceancrosser! Ummm...what else? Oh yeah. There's been a question on my mind recently...one that's very perplexing. It haunts my dreams, tormenting me and driving me mad. I'm pretty sure it's at the forefront of all your minds, as well. The question is, "Who the HELL is Beanpie?!?!" Beanpie is the handle for the artist who drew the latest Strider fanart I posted. I don't know his real name, or why he just gave me the artwork and disappeared. The guy doesn't show up on search engines, or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Does anyone have any information on this character? One more thing...could you guys please send me your votes for who you'd pick for the title roles if they did a live-action Strider movie? I've got my picks lined up already...in fact, I've had my picks lined up since last Christmas, when I was only thinking about doing this site. I wanna put mine up here, but I want to see who everyone else picks, first. So email me! Tell me who you'd pick! Alright, I'm outta here now. Later!
